I remember that’s when I learned that your app did that so you just really needed to get them moving so that they wouldn’t be sore? That’s really good though because now you can continue to keep killing it and there all caught up
I really like face pulls too, I just don’t have enough room to include them in the training plan this time around. I’ll put them in after this macrocycle is over. Right now I’m favoring the rear delt raises because they’re something I happen to want to work on right now.
Do you feel the rear delt raises in yiur delts. I never do with dumbbesll my mid back ends I’m up doing the work no matter how hard i try. I have to use cables also give those a try as well contact tension throughout range of motion. I say this a guy with underdeveloped rear delts hahah
So for me, I have to use a very light weight, and sort of “lock out” (reach the end of my range of motion) for a half a count or so before I lower slowly. I also like to do my rear delt raises with chest support. Like using a 30deg incline bench.
