Personally I feel that a lot of people in the bodybuilding community are misleading others on the most effective doses. I suspect this is because there’s kind of a thought that people should start on smaller doses so the most you’ll see people recommending on most places is less than a 1g or so. I guess they’re going for harm reduction on newbies. If they told people the truth that 1-1.5 is the ideal range, people without experience might take that as gospel before they know how to manage their cycle. I’m pretty sure most people here would know how to manage doses in that range.
I used to think 2g is a lot too until I heard from Dr. Mike and Dan the BB. Both seem to indicate that doses from 1g-2g are the sweet spot. Beyond 2g you get into nasty side effects. This is the land where Pro BBers roam. Once you get beyond 2-3g you start to see people taking things like pain killers and other recreational drugs in order to cope with the side effects. Some pros will not cruise lower than 1g! Under 1g is thought to be suboptimal for most goals unless you’re going for aesthetics like Zyzz.
I do realize this is a marathon. It’s not that I’m trying to rush it, I’m trying to find what is optimal and works best for me. Even with the ideal cycle I’ll still need to be running this stuff for at least half a decade or more before I even get close to the physique I want. This is the first leg of a very long marathon for sure, so I want to make sure I have my ducks in a row.
All that said, I seem to be having a lot of success on my current dose (~1.1g) for cutting purposes, so I think imma stick with this stack as far as the steroids go for awhile and dink with the ancillaries like HGH and such.
