So I’ve started to implement dancing practice in the evenings. Today I had just cracked 8k steps before I started. When I was done, I had over 14k steps in. Holy shit dancing keeps my activity super high. I like my walks in the morning but this could be an excellent alternative if weather is disagreeable.

For comparison, I get just over 6.5k steps from a 3.25 mile walk around the block.

So far, so good this week. I’m not gonna lie, I am absolutely dreading glutes day. It is already the hardest day of the week and I have to take all of my sets as close to failure as possible.

As a reminder, I’ll be taking a one week long diet break next week. This means I can relax a bit and have some meals off schedule. I plan on visiting Red Robin and Cold Stone at least once each next week 😃
 
I hit glutes hard yesterday mine and hers. And for some reason felt fine today then again I’m going heavy low reps so soreness isn’t expected I’m more worried about cns fatigue
 
You seem to have a plan you wanna stick to, I just skimmed quite a bit of your log sorry for not staying up with it.

2g of gear a week is a lot. I don’t know if you reconsidered or not, but this is a marathon. Or an ultra-marathon is more like it.

In the end we all make our own choices. I’ll try to be better about staying up to date with your log. Good work.
 
Personally I feel that a lot of people in the bodybuilding community are misleading others on the most effective doses. I suspect this is because there’s kind of a thought that people should start on smaller doses so the most you’ll see people recommending on most places is less than a 1g or so. I guess they’re going for harm reduction on newbies. If they told people the truth that 1-1.5 is the ideal range, people without experience might take that as gospel before they know how to manage their cycle. I’m pretty sure most people here would know how to manage doses in that range.

I used to think 2g is a lot too until I heard from Dr. Mike and Dan the BB. Both seem to indicate that doses from 1g-2g are the sweet spot. Beyond 2g you get into nasty side effects. This is the land where Pro BBers roam. Once you get beyond 2-3g you start to see people taking things like pain killers and other recreational drugs in order to cope with the side effects. Some pros will not cruise lower than 1g! Under 1g is thought to be suboptimal for most goals unless you’re going for aesthetics like Zyzz.

I do realize this is a marathon. It’s not that I’m trying to rush it, I’m trying to find what is optimal and works best for me. Even with the ideal cycle I’ll still need to be running this stuff for at least half a decade or more before I even get close to the physique I want. This is the first leg of a very long marathon for sure, so I want to make sure I have my ducks in a row.

All that said, I seem to be having a lot of success on my current dose (~1.1g) for cutting purposes, so I think imma stick with this stack as far as the steroids go for awhile and dink with the ancillaries like HGH and such.

Great success! Gonna take a one week diet break at maintenance calories. During that time I can have up to 5 meals off protocol according to 80/20 rule. Of course, I won’t be going hog wild here, but replacing dinner with Cold Stone or a burger and fries with a Diet Coke sounds real nice rn.
 
I thinks it’s all risk to rewards I wouldn’t do higher ranges unless competeing but also will never tell anybody not to. Sometimes thought people have to lion tealustally at what they can achieve and is adding that much more stress
I the body worth the gains tih will get
