Geek’s Test is Best Recomp

I’m cutting and don’t want to be retaining water. If I were bulking or maintaining, I’d want it higher. But I’m fine with it where it is. I can probably go down to 1.5 tabs per day or 2/1/2… schedule like that if I want, but I don’t want to futz with it more. Plus it gives me some wiggle room if I decide to go higher in the future.
 
You can’t build muscle the way you are looking to build muscle with your estrogen so low estrogen is an extremely anabolic compound. Without estrogen you won’t make gains your holding yourself back big time
 
I mean, yea, but it’s within normal range for a male (10-29). I don’t see the issue. Maybe I’m missing something, but I was under the impression most people like their estrogen low when cutting. That said, if you think it’s an issue, it’s easy for me to dial back the AI dosage a bit.
 
You said not long ago that you wanted to take huge doses to get huge but to gain more muscle let your estrogen go up higher than that and you will make bigger gains. I usually sit around 60 you need that water to heal and grow your joints need that water your soft tissue and tendons.
Being in range is good for health but for growing muscle mass you need estrogen. Its a huge component in growing.
 
Right, but I’m in a deficit right now… Gains aren’t going to be huge until I can run a bulk or a maintenance at least. Like yea, I can recomp a bit while I’m cutting? But expecting massive gains while cutting weight isn’t realistic to me.
 
And keep in mind too that I have at least a year of cutting or so before I can get to the point where I can think about bulking.

You have a plan brother go for it but if you just wanted to lose weight all you needed was a diet to grow muscle you got on AAS cutting out the estrogen won’t help you lose weight and hinders gains I see it as you battling against yourself a cutting cycle means your still growing muscle and losing weight. The way you have things set up your just losing weight after your cycle water falls off testosterone or other compounds aren’t made to be thermogenic. There made to grow muscle mass.
 
Then you shouldn’t be running gear you should be running a diet and fat loss agents if you’re not looking to grow muscle while cutting

Im so confused about why or where you read to keep your estrogen bottomed out over eating a calorie deficit and growing estrogen has nothing to do with losing weight

It absolutely does. Estrogen causes your body to retain weight more easily. Anabolics protect muscle while losing weight. I’m optimizing to lose the fat while keeping the muscle and maybe eking out some gains — and the weights are going up every week.

As far as I can see, I’m meeting my stated objectives for this cut. Soon I’ll also be adding more recomp agents to my stack, like metformin, t4 and HGH. So I think I’ve got my bases covered. Also, I have anxiety issues, so running most thermogenics is basically out of the question — I’ve already had to drop the ECA.

In my opinion, I don’t think they do much anyways. The steroids, metformin and HGH will be much more effective for those purposes.
 
I just honestly see that you have read everything about compounds and how to use and what they do on the internet.

Real life experience will tell you that yes all that will happen if you take all those compounds but after your done you reach your goals then what happens after you stop using all of those compounds its 2 steps forward over a long period of time and alot of resources to in the end take 3 steps backwards ive seen it to many times you can achieve what you want in alot less time with alot less compounds its all about diet and you have a solid diet just keep yourself in a deficit and grow you will reach your goals much quicker and with alot less compounds needed.

Im not saying don’t use the compounds you want I just see you slowing your progress and relying on compounds when you got this already as long as you keep your diet on point and train hard.

Just simplify everything I really believe that you have way over thought your plan and its much easier to achieve what you want brother

I’m let the estrogen rise brother. You will still cut weight I get the water retention maybe kind fixj for it but as long as scales going down you are fine. The. Maybe when getting close to goal weight lower it.unless you are stepping on stage inwiodht worry about the water weight At any time l. Leaving gainz in the gavel otherwise
