Went down a bit on my calves so I could do more controlled reps. Damn owner completely neglected to open the gym yesterday. Fml. The pressing I did today will probably mess with my pressing tomorrow but c’est la vie
Your actual weight isn’t a great metric to prioritize when on ASS. Take measurements. I know RP uses it to track macros, but I think setting it as a goal when fat loss is the priority while on AAS isn’t a realistic metric.
