How does this sound for my first cycle?

25 and 5 years of training? What’s your height and weight? Do you do volume or intensity training? What kind of diet are you doing? Caloric intake wise.
 
10mg tbol is enough to lower sex hormone binding globulin which will help you to get more free testosterone, which is what you want.
 
So 10mg of Tbol is to free up shbj but I’d assume he’s looking to do more then that with a oral like that…
 
The best gains in your life will be this first ride. If you are training hard and eating clean and looking for mass, I’d jump them calories up to 3200. The only thing you need to start is a Test only cycle. Test E or Test C. 500mg a week. Twice a week. Monday and Thursday pinning 250mg on a 12 week cycle. 15 weeks is the new norm. But that’s what I would recommend. See what the Test feels like on you. Then add compounds after a few cycles under your belt. Just remember. You won’t feel the Test until about week 3. Then it comes like a train. 😁 plus my standard line. At 25 years old you still have a TON of potential natural test in you. Once you get on the ride, it’s a bitch to get off sometimes if you don’t have a solid base.
 
Up the food big time.

I diet on 3,000 calories for bodybuilding shows.
To grow you want 4,000+
 
I figured he’s a buck seventy. 3200 probably for his first ride would be good to go. 3500 if he can eat clean. Might be a stretch. But hey. I eat 5500 a day every day. But I’m a fat ass. Why I’m a power lifter not a body builder. 😂
