Gonna be starting my log Monday so figured I’d set it up now. Starting weight 248 goal is 220 at the end of twenty weeks. Just got myself setup with my fitness pal and am learning the counting macros game. Carbs I have at 400 which I will be adjusting once I get a good feel for it. Protein at 250 and fats at 115 which seems low. Appreciate any input on this plz!! Currently running low dose Test C with a low dose of Tren E pinning every other day. I plan on continuing this cycle for another 8-10 weeks which at that point I will switch compounds. Open to any suggestions.

First of all you look great. If you shed 20# of fat you’ll be extremely ripped!

I use the MyFitnessPal also. Pretty good app. I pay no attention to what “they” say I need. I’m a diabetic and they have me ingesting 2 1/2 times the carbs that I should be and about half the protein i need.

I just use it to track my macros as i see fit. My suggestion is dial yourself in to what YOU think you need and use the app to track it.

I’m a washed up old man fighting to stay alive (haha) so someone else will have to advise you on carb intake (starting point).

Thanks @Poppy i caught the bug when I was a teenager I’ve been hooked since. I don’t normally do cardio I keep the intensity high when I train which would probably keep me a lot leaner if I ate less. But I will definitely be adding it for this

Yea I used to think fasting was a good idea especially in the morning because I ate late but everything I’ve read on it says it’s not optimal for building muscle. I lean out nice if I don’t eat late that’s my main problem. I know most pros do their cardio fasted first thing in the morning

Yea I figured that too. I’m trying to go slow at first just losing a pound a week until I adjust to the diet. I have no clue how many carbs I normally take in daily. What do you think is a better number 300?

So @JimmyT I recognize 400 being to high, strictly based off what I’ve learned and seen from people tryin to cut down, I personally cant speak from experience,my lunch alone was about 175 carbs, for today I’m at 300, and its 1pm…I’d like to say 200 a day,but I dont know your body that well, so hopefully someone in a similar situation will chime in to help you buddy

I dont cut, and I dont do cardio, high metabolism and I’m pretty active in my job, hiking, kayaking hunting and fishing keep me lean and mean, oh yeah superdrol and test help also
