Arms and abs
Single arm curl machine 3 sets of 12 with a 3 second hold at top
EZ Bar curl SS w/ reverse straight bar curl 3 sets of 12 and 10
Rope curl sets of 15

Cable tri extension single arm 3 sets of 12
Skull crushers SS w/ close grip press sets of 12 and 10
Straight bar cable push downs 3 sets of 15 12 10

Abs
 
I bet you got some meat hooks hanging there.

I did one arm lat pull downs today in gym. I have a feeling I’m going to be sore. Very isolated movement
 
I love when I. See him doing things I already do I feel vindication in my workout choices. But he is one my favorite sources for new accessories lifts
 
Legs

Glute kickback 4 sets of 15
Cable pull through 4 sets of 12
Leg press 3 sets of 20 high and wide stance then to middle and feet close together press 3 sets of 12 10 10
Leg extension 3 sets of 15
Standing calf raise 4 sets of 12 ish
 
Back

Single arm rope lat pulldown 4 sets of 12
Close grip pulldown 4 sets of 12
Wide grip seated rows 4 sets of 12
The weird low row machine 4 sets of 12
Reverse DB flys 3 sets of 10 superset w/ DB face pulls for 12
Single arm cable shrugs 4 sets of 15ish
 
I need access to cables I gotta get a machine I imagine therd expensive but I like your training

That was completely off topic I honestly believed I read something else like a different workout my bad still great training

Another tool in the tool box brother. I get so bored… new movements are good!
 
Chest and Shoulders
Hammer strength flat press machine 4 sets of 12
Upper chess flys 3 sets of 10
Decline BB bench 4 sets of 12
Chest focused dips 3 sets to failure

Lateral raise machine 5 sets of 20ish
Hammer strength shoulder press 5 sets 12
Straight bar front raise 3 sets of 12

Doing dips felt great after chest but kind of messed up my shoulder routine. Lesson learned
 
No Training
I had to go into work a couple hours early today so I traded training for some sleep. I do feel better now I’m back to work eating my meals more spaced out (4 and a snack) instead of when I was on Vaca eating basically 2 larger meals a day.
Current calorie intake for the next 6 nights
