Its the truth I honestly feel great truly recharged.

I honestly wasn’t doing very well mentally. I needed to get outside this covid shit has really taken a toll on my mental health.
It really helped to get out and breathe some fresh in the middle of nowhere air lol

I appreciate it and yeah honestly if you’re going crazy like I was get outside it helped me more than any medication ever could to get some sun and air. I wasn’t really paying enough attention to how much I’ve been inside. I workout inside I work inside and I eat inside smh. I never went outside and it was really messing me up.
The sun and air honestly has me feeling great.

That’s why I’m outside as often as possible and I’m lucky cause most weeks it’s everyday, for most of the day

It really helped me out ive been stable mentally for along time literally years and I thought that was all going away which had me worried.
I have realized that for sure it was being inside all the time and not going outside.
You being in the sun all day for work. I don’t believe that I could do anymore I worked outside my whole young life. Once I got away from it I swear I will only go back if I was going to become homeless. It in itself takes a toll on the body dehydration and lack of food almost killed me a couple of times on work sites. Especially now its 100+ every day and the sun feels closer to the earth lol there’s just not enough sunscreen to not end up with melanoma respect anyone who works outside nowadays.

Yup I’m standing in a concrete parking lot between warehouse buildings with trucks running and working on them it’s hot as fuqk I used to like the summer now I’m ready for winter with my fat ass and tren right now oh hell no I would burst into flames I don’t think I could get away though I have worked my whole life I don’t know any better .!? I go on vacation and about three days I’m stir crazy maybe one day but for now I will stay in the suck with the grunts

With the engine running you are basically in an oven between metal buildings lol
Bless you brother I possibly wouldn’t make it out alive I can’t stand that intensified heat from the engines or reflections or even the asphalt smh lol
It makes it so much worse you could literally be above 110 degrees in conditions like that easily its like sitting in a parked car.

Nothing compared to you guys brother is/was marine several friends were too plus army pic up the lingo from talking to them My thermometer was at 120 the other day. And add the humidity down here in the south my clothes are soaking wet from sweat right now down to the underwear

Ha ha… yeah man, fuck the heat, we want cold buddy, deer movin, lakes freezing, wood splitting on Sunday afternoons where it’s cold but I’m so warm I’m steaming
