She has spent hours doing all that… inside every bag is portioned proteins, carbs, veg… you name it. Every meal for each part of the day! She has the stuff weighed out perfect on a scale she just went and got. So it’s all on point with what PHD, told me to have for intake. I did all the grilling for it but anything else that’s baked or cooked any other way was all her. She definitely took over on making sure my diet is right where it’s supposed to be…
And yeah this morning was a big decision on my body telling me to chill for the day, really needed the rest, because usually im up and get going regardless of being tired. I was just afraid I wouldn’t make it threw the day if I went and worked out this morning, but I got tomorrow and I’ll be rested up ready to rise and grind!
