not sure what happened with the current weight… used the same scale Saturday as this morning and it is totally down exactly 2lbs… just gonna keep a close eye on that!

Hopefully im not on my feet all day at work… going to be walking crazy like!

Right on bro thanks for the heads up! Just caught me off gaurd… I had to recheck the scale to make sure it was balanced correctly

So this is what a quarter of our fridge looks like!!
Took some time and team work with my husband @josh to get his meals all proportioned

Meal one, is not included in the picture as it’s usually prepared the morning of our night before.

Now when I’m at work all he has to do is grab a bag and warm it up!!
 
Awesome job organizing all that… takes the guess work out of half the day. That was another whole day of cooking @mommie2008 started when I was at work, and then a bunch a grilled items when I got home! Very much appreciated for the hard work she put into this!

Taking today off as a rest day, alarm was set for 330am to get up and get to the gym before work, and my body said no. So today was supposed to be an upper body routine that is my favorite. Tomorrow is supposed to be a rest day so I’m going to just flip flop them and do my upper body routine tomorrow! Definitely needed the extra 2 hours of sleep this morning.
Now it’s time for breakfast and coffee!
I’ll check my weight tomorrow at the gym so I’m not getting a different number from 2 different scales

She has spent hours doing all that… inside every bag is portioned proteins, carbs, veg… you name it. Every meal for each part of the day! She has the stuff weighed out perfect on a scale she just went and got. So it’s all on point with what PHD, told me to have for intake. I did all the grilling for it but anything else that’s baked or cooked any other way was all her. She definitely took over on making sure my diet is right where it’s supposed to be…
And yeah this morning was a big decision on my body telling me to chill for the day, really needed the rest, because usually im up and get going regardless of being tired. I was just afraid I wouldn’t make it threw the day if I went and worked out this morning, but I got tomorrow and I’ll be rested up ready to rise and grind!
 
Got my workout routine in this morning and running about 15 to 20 minutes behind for work, so I will post my log later today.
I got a question about something I read the other day that made sense to me after thinking about it…
What are your thoughts or opinions on taking cialis before your workout?
 
Awesome team work. Hey look into 6 pack bags it will save you doing brown bags to work. I carry my 6 pack backpack every where I go. It holds my work laptop and everything I need. I’m about to buy their voyager bag it’s even bigger lol.

Also I think this is 2 weeks need you to fill out update worksheet and send ONLY 4 pics lol front sides and back (no shirt so I can compare lol)
 
I got a big ass bookbag that I carry everything in, lunch box, water bottle… everything. But yeah I agree the brown bag might be a little extra $that can get cut back on, @mommie2008 used to just pack everything in Tupperware. Some of my food still is in Tupperware but just for reheating purposes
 
I think cialis 1 hour preworkout works amazing for increased blood flow which in turn gives better pumps and nutrtient delivery to muscles. One side effect though theres a possibility you will be walking around gym with a boner lmfao!! Has happened to me many times. Had to sit down and think ugly thoughts 😉
 
Cialis is a great addition as a pre-workout but Vaso6X combined with Loaded AF from The Dynamic Evolution will provide you with the same results and comes with some additional athletic performance benefits.

I have dropped C since using these two products.

FYI- Pharma Cialis is rarely covered by insurance but it can be covered if you are being treated for BPH. If you are ever diagnosed with BPH ask your doctor if you can try Cialis as a treatment… bam covered!
