Josh's workout log with Titan Training

I agree with that completely aside from the quitting part. Man the f up and just be straight up with people. Theres a way to act and say shit in a tactful manner but still get your point across. As for quitters… I can’t stand a quitter. If there’s an issue or problem, work through it find a solution. Period. See it through and if you don’t want to continue after the fact then so be it, but you don’t just up and quit.

I honestly don’t know what happened at the end with him he went and changed into a completely different person. He was a really nice guy then one day he just went off the rails on the crazy train

Yup I’m same way bro I don’t have a quitting bone in my body. And I don’t understand how people just give up or just leave you hanging

Think his head got filled with bs. He kept saying people said he was looking like a bodybuilder and I’m honest to a fault but you know I’ll never lie to you. I told him no he wasn’t and he was no where near ready to compete. That’s a whole different level and i won’t just let you compete just because you’re non gym people say you look good.

A lot of coaches will to
Just take your money. I won’t let you do that if you’re not ready.

Atleast you were honest with him. Like you said most would have sold the competition cycle training program that doubles in price lol

He just started working out he was not near the stage but he could have worked towards it 5yrs maybe less and amateur shows he could have competed

I just don’t know why he completely changed the way he typed talked and even acted. I didn’t even know how to answer the pm he was sending me because they were getting really weird and then I finally stopped answering

He was a good member he is welcome back

Yea he definitely changed he was aggressive and complaining and became very cocky. When he told
Me he wasn’t paying for the month because I didn’t update him on his two week update I about flipped. My coach hasn’t changed my plan in a month things are still progressing and I’m growing. Could you imagine me coming at my coach like that lol.

He was a good client up till then. I would take him back also just not the new attitude he picked up. Hopefully he will find his way back to who he use to be

That’s pretty admirable of you to even consider taking him back. Unfortunately most adults that find that attitude and become ruled by Ego don’t usually come back from that. Part of our mental progression is to learn to lose Ego and only use it as a tool when necessary. To be humble in our nature and to have humility in our successes. That said, those that choose the path of Ego, pride and selfishness later in life never recover from that.

Yea it’s sad and usually someone gets on juice and gets a little muscle automatically think they are this 290 pound Ronnie Coleman wannabe and someone says you look like a bodybuilder when I’m reality you look like a skinny swimmer. Those type of people irritate me in the gym walk around lats all flared out I just shake my head and laugh.

I like the humble approach. I always try to remain the same and humble.
