Josh's workout log with Titan Training

Alright today is an off day, so no log to report… now that work is done it’s chill time and maybe some monday night football!
 
Yesterday was supposed to be an off day, but realized later in the afternoon that I wasn’t going to be able to hit the gym today because of kids school functions so I did end up going last night to switch up days off. Well the gym was incredibly packed at the time I went and proved to be very difficult in maintaining any sort of routine. So my log will be posted later for what was done yesterday. Alot of my routine that was supposed to be done with free weights I ended up having to find some sort of machine to mock the same exercise so my numbers were not calculated 100%. When I post my log I’ll try my best to add or subtract weight amounts to get proper total weight lifted.

5 minutes on treadmill pre workout at 6mph to get heart rate and blood flowing!

(Same workout from 10/15 weight lifted on that date was 33435 lbs.)

Was very limited on time for this workout… after getting off work and getting kids from school, I only had less than a 2 hour window to get to the gym and back home before wife left for work!

Hey man. Get a scale for your house. If you’re wanting to keep track of weights, best way to do it it weighing first thing in the AM after you’ve pissed. Before eating for drinking. That’s the only way to be consistent. If you’re weighing before or after workouts your weight will be skewed from the workout and food etc.

Unless of course @PHD told you something different 😂😂 idk if he even wants you tracking weight haha. I just had that input from your comment about the scale being gone and I figured it was more of a personal thing vs coach.
 
Right on bro, i’ve gotta get one for the house. I’ve noticed greatly that my weight changes quite frequently threw the day, I was working out before work and weight was low, after work it’s up… so definitely gotta do what you said!
It’s a personal thing and not what PHD is requiring, so im watching all the time where it’s going! He does require me to check in with specific questions and so he is highly aware of my weight. If he tells me to stop checking weight or do it at specific times for his plan than that’s what I’ll do! No prob bro. I am very ocd. Weigh every day and average them on Sunday. Then use those averages for my comparisons each week to gauge progress. But that’s what works for me. He may just want you going by mirror and not worrying bout a scale.
 
I think im done with mirrors…(unless I’m working out, or getting in shower, or just passing by one, or…) I think taking pictures is better. Looking into a mirror I start looking at all the wrong things and nit picking on my body. And honestly i’ve never done pictures of myself until I started doing this training with PHD and as much as I didn’t want to, it felt good to have somebody taking the pictures. Somebody to recognize a strive for looking and feeling good… hard work and dedication to your body!
 
Typically you would weigh yourself first thing in the morning when you get up. If you want to weigh yourself all day that’s fine but for me I just want the morning weight. It is neat to see how much the body changes during the day with food or lack of or even lack of water.
 
I don’t know what was wrong with my settings but I missed almost this whole thread. Just read through it. Sounds like you’re doing good and liking the training.
Im going to be following now. I can’t wait to see how much bigger you get.

Thanks for following it BM, I hope everybody gets a chance to follow and see how the progress goes with my training… im a little over 2 weeks now and it’s been a totally different method of what I knew (which was nothing… everything i’ve done is self taught).
 
Hey guys, sorry I haven’t been active much for the past few days, i’ve been on UGM, just hadn’t said much. I’ll try and update my log tonight or tomorrow after my workout…
 
Yeah totally sorry guys… like I said i’ve been on just hadn’t said very much… i’ve been trying to read everything that’s getting posted in the morning before work, and it’s alot…UGM definitely has been getting bigger!💪
 
Well got off work and as soon as I got home I had to run the wife to work so I can’t get to the regular gym… so it’s time to get the home gym workout in instead. Routine will definitely be different than what I was doing in the gym but still gonna get what I can or used to doing… i’l let you all know how it goes shortly!
 
Right on… still working on getting that scale, just ordered more of my vitamins and other daily supplements from amazon today to finish off getting everything that phd has advised me to get, plus had to get a ton more food today to, so the scale is on the back burner for now $$$!

Wasn’t able to get to regular gym this afternoon, so these numbers are way different and/ or down due to the fact I used the bare minimum equipment in my home gym, still had a nice push and pump from using what I have available, and today im just glad I got to get some sort of workout in… now it’s time to eat and get some more food cooked for the weekend! Back to the regular gym tomorrow to get back on the normal routine, and more weight!
