Right on… still working on getting that scale, just ordered more of my vitamins and other daily supplements from amazon today to finish off getting everything that phd has advised me to get, plus had to get a ton more food today to, so the scale is on the back burner for now $$$!

Wasn’t able to get to regular gym this afternoon, so these numbers are way different and/ or down due to the fact I used the bare minimum equipment in my home gym, still had a nice push and pump from using what I have available, and today im just glad I got to get some sort of workout in… now it’s time to eat and get some more food cooked for the weekend! Back to the regular gym tomorrow to get back on the normal routine, and more weight!
