Thanks I just got some new ones in. Those will be strictly for the gym and I grabbeed my other my old pair that are a little tight but they still have the soles for work until I get some new work ones…
Using a Smith machine for bench press is not protect my rotator cuff and shit definitely just sticking with the bar and bench style… Aint have pain in my shoulder for months until this… Good . Free weights more manly right??
Haha Nice… Well in this case … Free weights to be better for pressing… which I found odd because machines primarily supposed to take away from this I guess… Well I’ll have to thank God for the genetics for my body to be more comfortable free weights on this one
I hear ya. At the same time I like trying new things. Surprise the body right. Get different pumps or angles. I guess the surprise is in me this time. I think my mind is more irritated than my shoulder at this point.
Dumbells are best in my opinion. For most workouts anyway. I go from Barbells, to Dumbells, and machines different weeks. I notice my best pumps are with Dumbells though.
I’ve been actually doing very well with the barbell until I hit the Smith machine. I understand the barbell does restrict mobility but not as much as the Smith at least in my opinion. And yes I definitely was incorporating dumbbells because of the issue. For me I also think it’s the alignment of using the bench on the Smith machine as opposed to just using the barbell you don’t have to have a perfect alignment because as soon as you lift the barbell up it’ll naturally align itself to your body on the up and down movement as with Smith machine when I’m just a little crooked well I’m just screwed.
It’ll take me damn near 10 minutes to try to slide the bench back and forth left and right to try to make it straight as possible using the smith machine. But with the barbell any misalignments don’t matter because my arms will naturally make the adjustment because of the freedom in the air for it need to naturally move left or right… With that being said last pin of deca was today we’ll start tren Wednesday…
Theres a guy I know I ain’t seen in about 4 months. Anyhow we got to talking about my size and I was like yeah motherfucker I know I got small and he said naw man your size looks about the same but you’re fucking gut that’s gone… So with that being said this will be my first lean gain run
I’m finding that no matter what I use… As long as it’s comfortable… When I throw in some negatives.at the end of the set…maybe 5 to 7 seconds …does it for me… Regardless the best pumps i’ve seem to get are with my calves and arms
Haha who you tellin?? I hate it man…but after throwing on the other old one that still have a complete sole I’m actually looking forward to it. My deadlifts feel so much cleaner and stronger wearing them even though they’re a tad tight…And my right knee doesn’t hurt so bad when I’m at work. So here’s to new shoes and enjoying it man…
Good pump today. Threw in some Cialis with the drol. Good little lightning show around the tricep to the bicep I actually got three or four veins running behind the tricep so I can’t really pin there like I would want to… On either arm really.
