Alright guys my update! Weighed in at 207lbs this morning kinda been off my diet game the last couple weeks cause I was sick and some other things. But now I’m feeling back to myself.
Man I swear it’s because I do them with the bar behind my back and I squeeze when there at the bottom. You don’t ever see any one doing traps behind the back really.
It’s one of those things that’s specific to everyone. I find I get a better stimulus by leaning forward a tiny tiny bit and pulling back more. I’ll try them behind the back.
I always feel them up too when I do em. And I def will be taking care of my shoulders! I’m avoiding anything that even remotely comes close to hurting them. It’s mostly when I do chest day or shoulder day that they hurt. I feel like my shoulders take over.
