Yeah I figured I’d make a really good breakfast and stuff for my little girl and I. Then put this toy car together for her birthday! She’s turning one next week and we got her a remote control car to put her in and drive it around

You should do a refeed once a week on the same day every week and it will allow you to drol weight faster it keeps your body out of starvation allowing for weight loss.

Little update guys! So first pic was early this am and bad lighting. Last weekend had a set back and had a cheat day and took me back up to 191 lol but was worth it. I feel a lot fuller looking and my slowly get veins in my pecs and my core feel and looks as if it’s tightening up more since I started doing a lot more. Ab workouts
Appreciate it! Thinking I might try an appetite suppressant. My hunger is getting real bad lately and getting the best of me. Idk if it’s cause I’ve been working so hard or what. But it’s to the point where I get so angry and feel like I’m starving sometimes
Well I ate last Sunday and kinda just didn’t count calories for once and ate like I wanted since I have t in so long. I’m talking egg sandwich breakfast pancakes, two burgers for lunch and a past dinner haha and it put me from 187 to 192 some how idk I had a soda and a half a jug of apple juice as well. I kinda lost control that day but it was amazing and I feel like I look way fuller since and not so depleted. But I’ve been trying to stay strict again and my hunger is just intense.one day I’ll be done and not hungry then the next it like I haven’t eating in days lol
