2000 calories a day. I eat oats in the morning and atleast 3 pounds of meat a day. a bag of broccoli maybe a salad if I’m still hungry and have the calories left. I have sauces that are zero calories so that helps as well
I might have a peach or some clementines throughout the day but not really I eat the broccoli and salad for dinner usually. Gonna start eating the broccoli during the day tho. But it’s usually towards dinner time, 5:30 that I start feeling like I’m starving and get hungry af
Man just waking up for the gym! I’ve been working a lot lately but I haven’t missed the gym. And still eating pretty good! Sitting at 194 right now I get in here everyday lol I just don’t comment cause I don’t have a lot of time to hold a convo lol
Idk about knowledge haha but I def pay attention and read everything I can so I can grow as a person and I love getting on her daily to see how everyone’s doing! Love this community
