You are going to like it I did and I know others that live by the carnivore diet.
I would try to use some digestive help or probiotics if you feel that you are having digestive issues its the only issue I have heard about this diet.
Little update. Weighed in at 195 starting another cut to lose 6 pounds and try to get my abs to pop. I’ve noticed ever since I started training them more they are show more and more everytime. And I’m starting to actually make that muscle connection with them gonna try and get pretty lean before July 11th for this wedding I’m going to so gonna stay super strict on my diet
Also I have no clue how to get my front lats to show! I’ve tried everything hahah and everyone always tells me I have huge lats but I can’t get em to show from the front
Yeah brother if you want to build your wings that comes with back work. Start doing a day with exercises directed at your lats and they will continue to spread. They grow on your back first and continue to grow. We all have a muscle that we want to be bigger mine was calves im extremely happy with my calves now just gotta keep hitting it hard and you will continue to grow.
Possibly even add in new exercises to create muscle confusion and get them growing faster.
Changing up your training will prevent a plateu also for you
So update on the whole carnivore diet. Def not for me lol I’ve been feeling drained af and super tired by 5pm and crashing super early for bed. Ate some carbs today and I instantly feel better and I’m not tired. So idk if it was the diet or what
U will feel drained from the carnivore doet the first couple weeeks. It is unhealthy i believe though because it raises chloestrol through the roof a friend of mine while on gear and carnivore diet had a total chloestrol of about 400.
