Totally normal. There’s programs out there to help you dial in your diet. RP. Macrostax. Etc. I used RP when I was first learning nutrition. They have changed their algorithm I think, I quit using it. Just track where you’re out and dial in as you notice changes. Keep a food log with reflections of how you feel.
