Yeah I couldn’t go any longer without em. I def feel a lot better since I had some carbs today. I’m prob going back to my 40/40/20 macros and 1700 calories a day for this cut
 
Totally normal. There’s programs out there to help you dial in your diet. RP. Macrostax. Etc. I used RP when I was first learning nutrition. They have changed their algorithm I think, I quit using it. Just track where you’re out and dial in as you notice changes. Keep a food log with reflections of how you feel.
 
Damn I’m def gonna have to stock up on that! I feel like I’m so close to having abs hahah and I’m trying to cut 6 more pounds before the 11th of July for this wedding I’m at 194lbs
