Yeah I feel like it’s taking this whole year to learn a lot about my body and I’m still learning! I’m trying to figure something out so I can take nutrition classes or something along that line so I can learn more about dieting. I just don’t know where to start
Man @NeuroRN thank
You for suggesting the Rp nutrition! I looked it up on you tube and there’s so much info! I’m so mind blown. Class is in session today! :muscle:t3:
Hmm it doesn’t hurt to ask… but I don’t think so. They are a pretty major brand, and a few of them acknowledge their AAS use. I don’t know if they would be willing to sponsor here. You should at least check out their YouTube channel. They are incredibly smart people who push evidence based nutrition and physical training.
Little up date for you guys! Been super busy working and usually only get on here to see what’s up and see how everyone’s doing! Don’t have time lately but things are slowing down so I’ll be on here more. My shoulders both hurt really bad lately. I see doctor tomorrow so I’ve been avoiding most things and not lifting heavy. I’ve been going light and doing 30-50 reps and I feel like my bodies been responding to it way better then 8-15 reps. My pumps are way better and my muscle mind connection. Right now just started running 400mg of test C a week. I’ve also taking a break as of July first from trying to lose any more weight. My body just felt like it was starving to death so I’m kinda just relaxing and eating more but still eating healthy. July was my 1 year mark of working out and being consistent dropping 75 pounds! Was also wondering if I can still build muscle doing such high reps? I notice my biceps look a lot better doing high reps as well and I feel like my body responds better to it. Here’s a pic of me at 198lbs I still look pretty lean and I look better at 198 now then I did before 198 when I was fat hahah
Thanks guys! And yeah I’ve just been doing high reps cause of my shoulder pain. But I feel like my body responding better to it the last few weeks. I know my bicep peak looks way better to. I was just curious if I can still build muscle doing it that way so that’s good to know lol
