I need sleep help for many years now, and use (just not nightly) GABA, Phenibut, 5-HTP, OTC ZzzzQuil, etc.
Also some decent sleep Supps out there like Redcon1’s “Fade Out”, KIller Labz “Mummified”, etc. I mix things up to not get dependent. On weekends, a couple drinks will do the trick, and a THC vape hit.
