I believe the same but I think that alot of projects went on the back burner until after covid so I need to research if they plan on releasing the medication that I thought was coming out soon.
 
Monday night was one of the most difficult I’ve had in my career for many reasons, but I always try to end the shift with some perspective. Getting to go home with my wife even though we were both exhausted mentally and physically is a helluva win, and something multiple families lost that night.

Then I was able to get on here and show bit of vulnerability about it all which is a big thing for me. So yeah, extremely thankful for this place as well.

I think the same thing. Which is unfortunate. A lot of sick ppl are falling through the cracks because of COVID focus bullshit, and it’s so damn annoying.

Covid is real, and it can kill someone. But it’s not so important that the rest of our health should slip through. Which is what I see happening.
 
Woke up at 0430 for no other reason than night shift ruins your for life.

8oz steak and 4 eggs for breakfast.

Was able to go back to sleep for a couple hours thankfully.

Ground bison and rice for meal 2.

Back/Bi’s day:
15 min treadmill walk on an incline.

Lat pull downs: 10,10,8,8,6,6
Single arm pull downs: 10,10,10,10

Wide grip cable row: 10,10,8,8,6,6
Single arm: 10,10,10,10

Chest supported dB rows with #65: 10,10,10,8
Body weight pull ups: 11,10,8,6,6
Chin ups: 8,8,8,8

Incline dB curls #45: 10,10,8,8
Hammer curls: 10,10,10,10
Rotating curls: 8,8,8,8

Abs:
10min as many rounds as possible:
12burpees
10 v-tucks
8 rotating planks
8 Superman’s

Felt strong as hell today even though my recovery has been shit for the past 5 days.

However that ab circuit was much harder than normal cardio wise. Could be tren. Could be an average recovery of 30% on my whoop for 5 days straight.
 
Dam night shift. Routine Looks good buddy,way to stick with it, despite your shit-show Of a schedule you have to deal with.

My schedule has been absolutely absurd this week after that Monday night crazy shift.

Woke up at 0630: 5 eggs, 4 pieces of bacon, 6 oz of steak.

Went back to sleep at 0900- woke up at 2 pm. Whoops.

Ground turkey, brown rice, green beans and pineapple juice.

Headed to chest day at the gym.

Will have to stay up until 4 am to switch over to night shift for work tomorrow.

Weighed in at 232 today.

And yay to the superD it’s not for everyone I talk it up because it works well for me others not so much, and then they probably think what is he talkin about

Veins are still busting out of arms so yeah. 260 is my goal weight so if I can throw about five more on the next 3 Weeks I wi be happy
 
My chest was feeling a little sore from where I tore it a few months ago so I kept it light.

Hammer strength flat, incline, and decline chest machines: 90 on each side, 12,12,10,10

Pec dec fly: #75- 12,12,10,10

Cable fly #20 each arm- 15,15,15,15

Tricep rope push down #100-12, #120-10, #140-8, #160-8, 180-8

And I finally understand what rusty was saying about being able to lift forever on tren.

So I’m a little over a week on @Flashlabs tren Ace. I’m running 50mg everyday. The everyday pinning isn’t my favorite bc the tren Ace has some bite to it. I added a little of my own USP MCT oil to it and it’s smooth as butter.

I’m now seeing what all the fuss is about. I feel like every time I take my shirt off I’m leaner and bigger at the same time.

I’m not as hungry, but that’s probably bc I dropped the equipoise. That shit makes me wanna eat the wall.

The night sweats are for real. Had to sleep on a towel last night. But hey… that’s how I know it’s working. If you’re on the fence about tren… go with flash.

Trying to drink a gallon and a half of water. I feel like all I do is sweat now.
