Thanks buddy. It’s been nice taking some time away from the grind, and not kicking myself for enjoying some good food on vacation. Can’t do this for a month though. Don’t wanna lose those quad veins. I like em.
 
BreaKs are good. Once this competition is over I am slowing down. It’s been a lot of work and gear to get this far this fast. The Tren hex is tolerable but still gives me more anxiety and a shorter temper then normal. Am honestly getting sick of it. Think am gonna cruise until spring once this is over. I never thought I’d say this but I am also getting sick of pinning ed. I want it to be fun and this is t fun. BTW have fun!!
 
Hahah I think that’s what drove me to drop the comp. I was not having fun, and I knew what it would look like to be where I wanted in the comp and be on vacation and I was just like…’mmm nah. Not doing that to my wife on vacation 😂😂
 
I used to actually have fun with it. But I have all these lumps everywhere now and they take too long to go away then I have to pin in the least bumpy area lol. It’s sucks.
 
Took a day off yesterday, ended up going to some free concert, food, drink thing downtown.

I’m hovering between 230-235 which is my normal Maintnence weight. It bounces up and down daily as you know. So I’m really not going too crazy on the diet. It just feels like it after counting macros for so long.
 
Totally agree. Break off of (micro) counting macros. Your lifts are going up. The excess calories are serving you well.
