It’s more of a stiff leg deadlift. Soft knees… more hip hinge.

My deadlift has always sucked and I gave up on it after a couple of lat strains.

Understand that. Changing it up here and there still feels good. Sometimes I’ll pull deadlifts out for a month at a time and when I hit them again I always feel that new feeling.

Do you do all your own pinning sir? No help from the wife? I know it scares my wife and she won’t pin anything but my glutes. Just trying to think ahead.

I do… wifey used to pin my delts but it turned into a drama thing that just wasn’t worth it. I can wrench my arm over to hit my lats but that’s only a winter thing. Too hot n sweaty in summer. Got infected last summer. Now that I’ve lost some weight i can get my own delts on a good flexible day.

My future ex wife loved pinning me,cause I flinched every time, like she was happy to see me in a vulnerable position…

Set up like a squat… bend over at waist with soft knees… butt drifting back…stand back up…

I dated a nurse who loved to pin me. She would drive out of her way to be able to pin me and she was super good. Never felt it. Never bled. She was a pro. My wife gets shakey and I’m like no thanks. I got it

I’m shaky jake with arthritic hands… I can hit myself clean but have mogged up hands so i shake/wobble when I push the plunger in.

I can’t hit my delts standing… I found sitting in a chair…elbows on the table I get more reach and less shaking… What do y’all do when the plunger won’t move for shit…just move to a new site?

My hands are hit and miss. Some days they work great and some days I’ll drop stuff and not realize it until it’s fell. When they’re good to go I don’t shake or anything. I believe it’s from years of always having a running chainsaw in my hands.
