Got up and squatted right off. It usually takes a bit to get the ole joints to stop squeaking and loosen up but felt real good today.

Close grip press. 135 x bunch…added red bands x some. 3 reps add 20 lbs for 3 rounds. 3 reps strip 20lbs only rest was stripping weight. Down to 135 x 16.

I had the barbell ends from a cheapo broke bar. Regular ole pipe will work just fine. That’s what I was going to use until I ran across those amongst my treasures.
