In case anyone really gives a rip. Here’s a cross section of 30 days of my macros. I went in and picked some of the high’s and low’s. Overall I’m hanging just north of 2k cals a day. The fat cals (mostly) come from nuts (walnuts in particular) and olive oil. I’ve cut waayy back on sugar’s. The sugar you see is (mostly) from a package of brown sugar and maple oatmeal and a tbsp or two of pb.
