Dead benches med close grip with pins set up right at my chest. All seperate reps 225 x 1, 1, 1, 1… 275 x 1….close grip 185 x 8, 135 x 18

Shoulders tris neck.
 
Lol. I probably should eat what you eat. Does the Cialis help? I have some I take, but I think its 20mg and its in a capsule so I can’t split it in half. I know blueberries and blueberry extract can help as well. I will ask about the telmisartan. It doesn’t mess with libido does it. That shit scares me.
 
What a day of stuffing face looks like without training. Probably get a little snack and some whites later.

Todays training circuits

45’ hypers x10, abs wood choppers with weight x6 ea side, slosh tube zercher squats x 15, heavy bag x 30 seconds. 60 seconds rest between each round. 4 rounds.

Jump rope 30 seconds (45skips), 30 seconds heavy bag. 30 seconds rest between rounds. 3 rounds.

10 min very brisk walk with super pup
