Rear foot elevated single leg squat bands over shoulders and under foot being worked

Body weight x 10 each leg

Elite Red band x 10 each leg

Elite extra heavy band x 3 x 10 each leg

Body squats with 45lb plate x almost failure somewhere about 25-30 super fast.

Elite extra heavy band rdl’s/hip thrusts

Abs in between everything

Very little rest 21 minutes total. Short and brutal with smoked legs.
 
Had another acquaintance keel over this morning. Had a heart attack Saturday and died today. 69 yo.
 
Around my area they’re killing over from teenagers into their thirties. My ex brother in law just finished doing 10 years in prison. Within months of being out he died at 33.

Same here to include me and wife. Raising her daughters kid. Her daughter just lost another kid…. I gave her a nickel and told her to hold it between her knees.
 
That whole music industry is a mess. I pretty much listen to music and people who aren’t famous yet. Once they hit it big their music sucks

For the record

Todays training took about 20 minutes.

My lower day a couple of days ago took about the same and my legs/hams/glutes are still fried. I’m plopping on the toilet.

My point being I don’t have to stay in the gym too long (1 hour to me) to get a good session in.

Big advantage of home gym set up.

10 min walk with chatter box and guard corgi

Legs are smoked
