I mean I was. Only squating 325 so going up is a must. Bench I’ll go up a little and Maybe 20 o. Sumos see how grip is

185 x 1, 1, 1…add orange mini bands doubled 5 sets of 1…. Lose bands 185x10

YTW’s and triceps push downs heavy 2 giant sets

It’s mostly slate rock where I live. I spent nearly a day digging a hole for my mailbox. Broke two sets of post hole diggers.

Body squats atg as fast as possible

With 35lb plate held to chest x ~38… immediately change to 25lb weight x 25… Abs x bunch

X 3 rounds

Legs were smoked.

Up and down step ladder about 100 times working out back.

Push quick and dirty

Cg bench press 135 x 20, 18, 12. Stayed on bench and took ~30 seconds rest between didn’t even sit up.

Superset YTW’s tricep push downs neck abs x 3 rounds everything but neck to right at failure

Small V bar standing lat pull downs at an angle from high pulley 3 x 12-14 heavy

Superset with high rows with same set up 2x 12-14

High pull shrugs superset with neck 2 x 12-16 heavy

Biceps stuff with abs.

Little to no rest between anything

3 plates 3 x 20 1-2 seconds descent with soft lockouts. Medium to narrow stance

Heavy high pulley ab crunch in between.

Up and down step ladder a gazillion times hanging roof rafters by myself.
