I’ve seen a lot of bad accidents. Trucks flipping. Guys falling out of trees. Trees smashing guys. Seen some nasty chainsaw cuts in legs and arms. I’ve patched up and done what I could for quite a few. My worst enemy has always been my jerk saw. A lot call it a hand saw. Every time I use one I get cut. Which is quite often. Worst was my left arm. It bled for a week. Knicked one of the veins on both sides. It was spraying blood in two different directions. Good times.

Upper push

Incline push/flys with elite green bands 3 x 14

Heavy tri push downs with ytws 3 x bunch

Go trim and cut grass/weeds for first time this season.

Straight bar lat pull downs with reps of rowing at end of each set heavy 4 x 14

The above lower training was done in about 30 minutes…

Very little rest, actually on some sets I just loosened the belt and stood there for 15-30 seconds and hit it again

Didn’t feel like anything “pec/push” related

Overhead press for first time in forever.

Bar x bunch 65 x bunch well see how far this goes. Over the next couple months

med stance 4 & 1/2 plates. 8 reps then strip quarters then 17…repeat 8-14…. Repeat 8-14…repeat 8-12

4 plates narrow stance quad dominant x 18

3 plates narrow stance quad dominate x 12

Crippled absolutely crippled

Ride around on grass cutter cutting grass/weeds x 35 minutes

I’m feeling good brother.

My right arm from old torn/missing bicep down to my arthritic hand is giving me some grief but it’ll be ok.
