Tack's gotta lose some fat, training log

Naw, I’m not bummed about it that much, I find it to be kinda interesting experience. It confirmed more of how much I should avoid restaurant food. And next time I end up in a similar situation I can be better prepared. Might just ask for chicken and rice, I’m sure they can manage that.
 
I didn’t have sundays log well prepared yesterday, and didn’t makeup my cardio either. I added some KB exercises to my routine today. Lowering the weight on deadrows allowed me to complete 3 sets. And my number of pullups increased.

Edit: I was reading about dieting, learned protein requirements should stick between 0.6g-1g/lb of bodyweight, and I needed more calories in my day so I added some whey.

Totals 2295 cal, 36g(7%) fat, 317g(63%) carb, 147g(29%) protein

If you can get it from food it will do you better. I’ve cut the shakes to o no y when I don’t have to time to have a meal and I think it’s done wonders for my gains. Now if I go into cut again I may utilize them again as whey to get protein with little extra calories
 
So I cranked up the throttle on my mower, to try to get my lawn done faster, and make a meeting. Just to find the meeting got cancelled last week, and no one told me lol. Well there is some cardio to add to my list.
 
I have two mowers currently, the one you saw is still broken. The other one I got is a regular honda mower, but with a fancy variable throttle. I still haven’t cranked the thing to full throttle, but it’s enough to have the thing drag me into the tree branches lol.
 
Mines a Honda gcv200 it is a step up from the base models you find. And I have to go up and down hills. But best tip for hills, mow diagnolly if you are having to work with that it will give you an even mow without breaking your back.
 
I actually have a slope that I have to deal with and that is the best way I was going down the slope and then back up it wasn’t working. I realized that going diagonal I can move the back wheels to keep straightening it out because it actually slides down as im going across lol its not easy when it’s not flat lol
 
Today, felt pretty good. I keep trying to raise my weight on my bench, probably just a bad idea for now. Ready to raise the weight on my lunges. When I was getting near the end of my first set, I wasn’t feeling anything so I just added 10 more to all my sets. also increased my calf raises numbers.

Overall strength is improving the past two days.

Since I’ve been over seeding my backyard, cause it doesn’t look as good as the front, I noticed a bunch of birds bathing in my sprinklers. So I thought I’d get a few bird feeders and baths, see if I can keep them around.

I’m already feeling like an angry asshole today. Last night all I have been thinking about is how much time I’ve wasted with my life. And I don’t feel like writing a book about it right now. I just wanted to get in my car, full throttle, drive… nowhere.

I also woke up to tire tracks in my lawn cause the construction crew doesn’t give a fuck. And now I just want to fight with someone, which I gave a mouth full to the foreman… This is not the first time shit like this has happen, they need to stop dicking with my lawn. “Oh it’s not me, it’s the concrete truck” okay jackass, you direct the truck, direct him not to drive on my lawn, not that hard. Of course he couldn’t understand that for some reason, he just gave me the dismissive okay to get me to shut up. Yeah okay, how about I throw a rock onto your fresh concrete tonight… No, I won’t do that, just fun to think about.
 
Yeah decided to take today off from work, and smoke a fat blunt. I might have been a bit too harsh on the guy, so I went out to apologize, and gave him something to smoke later.

Now I’m forcing down some chicken, gonna throw weights at a wall.
 
This is what it turned into, I feel better. Yeah last night I killed a pack of graham crackers. But whatever it was delicious.
