No log for last week. Shame on me. It all started with a Starbucks cappuccino, two sugars, and a bacon breakfast sandwich. I wouldn’t doubt if I averaged 2600 calories a day through the week. Some days were light, others were not. Can’t really quantify though.
Working out? Well I’m generally active, not working out though. Shame.
Next note, spreadsheets are inefficient, I’m actually considering making a quick and dirty data entry app, so it’s easier to record stats. It’s becoming more of a chore than it needs to be, and can be done better. I find it ironic cause
@Bigmurph brought up the idea, and I turned it down cause it was too much work, but now I’m feeling like spending a few days to build one, would save more time in the long run.
I generally try to avoid talking about some negative subjects, but gonna throw this in here just as a cliff note to my log. My recent unproductive habits at work have put me in a position where I need to find another job, even though I am not confident a new job will solve the problem.
I’m starting my log again this week. I’ll get my weight in the morning, and post an update.
