I’ve been procrastinating a bit on my log. I’ve been sticking to my usual foods for my diet, and got chest exercises in this morning.
Db hammer 3x10 35lb 10,10,10
Db bench 3x10 35lb 10,10,8
Bb bench 3x10 95lb 8,7,6
Only thing missing is leg excersize for the week.
Part of my procrastinating is I’ve been desperately seeking for a new job/career. For months I’ve been trying to get back into my job, but literally the only way I can do it, is with drugs. So, I’m having to accept that I’m gonna take a pay cut no matter what I move onto next, and it’s gonna be a bit of a challenge to find that next opportunity.
