*45 Minute Peloton Ride. I was feeling bit lethargic mid-afternoon and thought I’d focus on endurance and take it easy, but once my energy was boosted, I pushed
myself a bit on the intensity/output. In the end it felt good and I’m glad of my effort.

*A little change this week. Something new. I changed from a Split Routine weight
training protocol to a Full Body workout 3x/Week. The old way, beloved as it is,
wasn’t the best way for me going foward. So far, it seems this new way,
is just what I needed. I’m rather enjoying it.
*A short Peloton Ride to warm up and sync my Garmin watch. Started watching steps
and monitoring heart rate this afternoon.

the juice, so I went for it. Legs are growing stronger/resistance increases, endurance
improves daily and I believe at this point that I might beat my personal record of 451
in the not too distant future. But no rush. If I have the juice, I’ll do it.

*Feeling good. I’ve decreased my body fat from 24+% in December to 19.8% this morning
fasted. I’ll take it. Diet/nutrition is dialed in nicely and the trajectory is promising nothing
but positive outcomes moving forward.
*Also a much needed rest day after training intensely all week.

*Closing the curtain on another successful day of clean eating and
exercise. Tomorrow I get back to my full body workout schedule
and focus on strength and muscle building. Onward and forward!
*The basement gym was rather cold this evening so I opted for a slow and easy
Peloton Tread Run upstairs. I used to hit it hard, but my knees don’t appreciate the
pounding anymore, so I don’t go much faster than mid 5s for a sprint and drop it
down into the 4s and then walk a bit and enjoy some Judas Priest or Sarasate.

*Training: I intended to do my usual intense cardio today, but I got held
up with an intense project. It took up much of the day and quite a bit of
the evening. I should have taken my blood pressure while doing this.
