Monday Log

*Good things are happening. Training continues to go well. Growing stronger
and feeling amazing. As for weight training, I believe I enjoy it more now than
when I was a young man working and training in the gym forty-five years ago.
I appreciate being fit now more than ever and working hard at it. I consider it
my job, my responsibility. A full time job maintaining health and fitness so I
can remain independent for as long as I can while I live. This iswhat it’s all
about for me.

My wife surprised me with this new press machine on Friday. We were able
to assemble it today and hit hard it for our workout. It’s gold! 💪

This machine really changes things up a bit. My wife wanted it as well and was watching GMWD for a sale and sure enough, it was reduced $100. So she grabbed it.

Just want to add a preacher bench...

and the GMWD LE08 Leg Extension/Curl machine when I save up enough of my allowance. 😁
 
Love seeing all the equipment you’ve brought in! That press machine looks killer, how have you enjoyed it so far? I just sold the motorcycle so have room in the garage again, thinking about adding some pieces in little by little, currently only have a power rack with barbell and bench.

Looking great man, a huge inspiration to keep up with to hope I continue this journey as I age!
