Day 21 Traps Calves

Was told ny my physical therapist to lay off some exercises. Bench press… Shoulder press. Bench db flys…today was supposed to be chest day but i figured id listen for a week…😏 So after a heat and stim it was gym time…well easy day gym time…

Smith machine calf raise one warm up then
3x 11-15. ( Stopped early because holding the bar was causing shoulder pain)
Leg press calves 6x12-16
Seated calf raise 5x11-15
Leg press again toes facing by in 5x10-15

Db shurg 5x13-18
Smith behind back shrugs 7x10-15
Same thing from front 5x10-15
Than 2 sets heavier db shrugs 2x10

Protein 200g
Carbohydrates 270g
Fats 60g
Calories 2500-2700g
 
Day 22 Arms 250 Test C

Two warm up alternating curls
Working sets 5x10-14
Ez curl bar 5x10-14
Preacher curls 4x13-16
Hammer curls db non alternating 5x13-16
Ez curl bar cable 5x12-15
Same thing palms down 3x10-13

Triangle cable attachment tricep pushdown 5x15-20
Tricep extensionRope cable behind the back pulley high
5x13-18
Skull crusher 3x10
Laying down single arm dumbell tricep extension…
When i do these i dont lower the bell towards the head but adjacent shoulder. 3x13 each
Rope tricep extension 5x12-17
Last i did the second tricep exercises for 2 more sets because it turned my triceps into rocks…

Protein 185g
Carbohydrates 330g
Fats 30-40g
Calories 2600-2800

Protein was lower than what i wanted. No reason. All i had was chicken and rice today… Oh and grits and homemade shake without the PB. I will have to throw in a extra meal at work… My fault. Great pumps today… Felt some shit i havent felt b4 on both muscles… Cant even describe the tricep feeling…next friday it’s tren time… Thank you…

Well your a man on gear. That’s the first thing we all do is shower and get a nut off. And it makes you r arm and shoulder veins pop a little bit. Hahaha

Day 23 rest

Ate 18 ounces of chicken so far plus rice and grits.
It is hard to comsume like i want to on my 5 12s shift every other week. But it helps keep fats down tremendously. Then the next week i have to make it up. Well honestly you cant make that shit up… Thats what the ole lady was asking … Im like nope a missed macro day is a missed mother fucking day…plain and simple…
… since its a rest day let me talk about that feeling about the Tricep yesterday real quick… So it wasnt like a hurtful pump…i mean i got that too…but with the rope pull downs i could actually fill the rip…came to a point when i thought i actually heard it…also took a pic of my legs and could see a little tri muscle definition going on…(haven’t had that b4 or ive never really paid attention…getting a little impatient for this tren my friend… One more week…i also will compliment the test c tren though if yall dont mind with just a touch of anavar…if thats ok… otherwise shit ill jist pop it next go round…😏… Much love yall… Already planning my next one:grin:

A homemade shake would have made my protein mark…all good though. Got 12 more left of a 60 work week. Amd my fats are down and my ass needs to rest. Was watching Seth Feroce’s first STEROIDS DRUGS AND LIFE video. He commented on how some can take the same amount of gear as somebody else. But not look no where as good. ( He also commented jist because he works for them doesn’t mean itll work for you) and he said there first reaction is like oh well he must got the real stuff…i need what hes got to get loke him…He says NO…maybe you didnt work for it like the other guy. Who had his diet dialed in… his cardio… His workout ethics his hydration…EXCETRA…
You can take all the gear in the world but nothing outbeats hard mother fucking work. Hes got some good videos on YouTube… Anyhow… Stay motivated my dudes… Fuckin push that shit! 💪

I measure/count mine after it’s cooked. One cup of uncooked rice is going to make a pretty good amount.
 
I don’t even know what a cup is, I measure by dumping it on the plate

You measure by the plate then @John and @Poppy so you just use a measuring cup?? I asked because they say 186 grams is 1 cup cooked if I just dumped one cup on the scale it’s less than that unless you pack it in there
 
Brother…i just ise a measuring cup. I’m pretty much past the point of no return for anything more accurate than that.
 
My wife made shrimp and grits for supper tonight.

She keeps the shrimp separate from the grits and we portion it out at the table.

I just measured 3/4 cup of cooked grits and it was a bunch. Same with cooked rice. One cup of cooked rice fluffs up pretty good.

Take everything I said as from a carb restricted guy so a bunch to me might not be a bunch to you. I operate at ~120 grams a day.
