Day 21 Traps Calves
Was told ny my physical therapist to lay off some exercises. Bench press… Shoulder press. Bench db flys…today was supposed to be chest day but i figured id listen for a week…
So after a heat and stim it was gym time…well easy day gym time…
Smith machine calf raise one warm up then
3x 11-15. ( Stopped early because holding the bar was causing shoulder pain)
Leg press calves 6x12-16
Seated calf raise 5x11-15
Leg press again toes facing by in 5x10-15
Db shurg 5x13-18
Smith behind back shrugs 7x10-15
Same thing from front 5x10-15
Than 2 sets heavier db shrugs 2x10
Protein 200g
Carbohydrates 270g
Fats 60g
Calories 2500-2700g
