Not my original content but I’ve always loved the use of incorporate “bad” foods. Instead of “cheat day” that’s how we don’t adhere to change long term.
My body has such a stubborn homeostasis that I can eat a deficit or surplus and it wants to stay at 245 Unless I get Covid or thrush and am actually starving myself unintentionally I don’t move on the scale much. I need to find a creative way to shock my system. Maybe with the nicer weather coming up I can start doing some hills or something.
Been keeping pretty good track brother. I can run at 2000 a day and I just get tired and don’t lose much. If I starve myself like when I’m sick then I lose fast but it’s not intentional and I wouldn’t want to lose weight like that anyways.
Rusty I believe you’re keeping track. And being diligent. Dirt is right. You may not be burning more than you’re taking. You may need to get thyroid levels checked too.
I thought they were on the last test I did. I am doing plenty of gym time as usual but I haven’t worked since November so there is that. Maybe I should incorporate a long walk each day also until work starts back up.
I love winter here but towards the end it gets the coldest in January and February. Aside from shoveling snow and ice fishing it’s hard to get motivated to go outside. And when it’s below zero I don’t even like to ice fish. The holes freeze over so fast lol. The fishing line freezes as your dealing it in. Unless your in a heated shack. But we move around to much for that.
