Bodybuilding Against The Grain

Again don’t squat and do dead’s on same day. Put your dead’s in your back day. Also I get it being jobless I was out of work for a longest that’s a priority can’t do anything without income
 
I assume your programming yourself have you thought about doing what tg did and have ai create one for you for free. Just suggestions from me though if your doing something for strength that shoudl be at beginning of workout especially sowmthing as fatiguing as dl. I would also suggest not doing squats and dead’s in same day as again both are super fatiguing. I actually will do dead’s on my heavy back day and do rdls on the day I do heavy squats. But I’m not sure what your scheduling is like

Any special reasoning for a 4 year old to get pneumonia every time the child gets a common cold?
I’ve known grown men over the years that would get pneumonia a couple times a year. Dud would say “Ive got the lungs of a gnat “.

Basically every cold/flu season they would just get pneumonia

My buddy 4 year daughter in the ICU again. 4th time bout 8 months. Was curious about it all. Especially since we got RNs in here.

2 warm ups side laterals
Side laterals X3
Single arms bilaterals cablesx4 each
Extra wide upright rows X4

Cable face pulls X4
Seated bent over reverse flies x 3
High cable pulley reverse flies X3

Easy curl bar front raises X3
Shoulder press dumbbells X4
Alternating dumbbell front raises neutral grip X4

Dumbbells shrugs x5

Calves
Smith machine X5
Horizontal leg press toes inward X3
Horizontal leg press toes normal X3

Doing my front delts I noticed something different on the shoulder press machine. Thought I had stiffness on my left side but the handle grip has a flat part that definitely didn't match the right side. So one handle the flat part was facing the 3:00 position and the other handle was facing the 5:00 position let's say. I believe on the second set I noticed it and ditched it and did not count it for this day and went to the dumbbell shoulder press. Tomorrow's is the air.... Arms... Or back and bis ... Haven't decided yet

Okay so this tricep pose I do not like because I was unable to drop my shoulder down but I'm showing it because of the emphasis of the tricep heads. Them as some long looking bitches.

This next photo I don't care for either but I was able to drop the shoulder down just a bit more. A posing coach would definitely be needed to work that kink out. A physical one.
