Triceps
One warm up cable pulldowns
Cable pull Downs X5
Tricep dips body weight X3
Cable kickbacks X3 each
Super set skull crushers to bench press X3
Cable Hammer extensions pull downX2 each
Cable Hammer extensions pull awayx2 each
Not my favorite photo but I do like the clear separation between the three heads on my Delt
Okay so this tricep pose I do not like because I was unable to drop my shoulder down but I'm showing it because of the emphasis of the tricep heads. Them as some long looking bitches.
This next photo I don't care for either but I was able to drop the shoulder down just a bit more. A posing coach would definitely be needed to work that kink out. A physical one.
