Groomers took four hours with dog today kind of changed my plans around a bit. May try and get my back in the morning before leaving for festival View attachment 18804it’s possible still go tonight
Well off to festival going to enjoy this weekend then it’s full bore back to grind. Start new job Wednesday so will be going to gym after work. Good thing I’m not worried about pushing weight at the moment. Pre festival weight 285
Another 20 would be excellent but it's whatever your goals are. My diaper pics I was about 280 to 285 and I had abs and looked ok. I think 245 would have been shredded but I was BBing and kinda weak. 505 would have crushed me. I don't rest much but I was only doing 225. X whatever on front squats, 85 x 8 to 12 on incline presses. I wish I would have kept training with a PL mindset. I believe you can hold more muscle. Plus at that time and everyone will agree, it sounded better to be 225 and on stage at 232 with guys that are 205. I loved pL but after I fell walking out, I was too chicken shit. It's great the got rid of walkouts and you can wear compression or like full leg spandex type gear? Deadlifts used to hitch so bad on my knees/ quads. I have huge knees! Really weird! But hey keep kicking ass!
Did light push workout last night didn’t really go hard after multiple days with less than optimal sleep and nutrition back to strict diet today. I’m trying doing gym later I day as I’m be on first for a few months and may as well stick to same time
Ok so this week has became my refeed week I didn’t want todo it last week of comp but it is about half way point of cut and with the post festival food and today being my dads birthday with me being off work it just made better sence to do it now for me as the discipline I’ll be honest isn’t as good when not working.
Legs sucked today as expected even with refeed I was constantly clumping hill to camp site and bending legs to dance this past weekend add I slept for 3 hours total the 3 days there and recovery really hasn’t started till today. Probably won’t get back to lifting right till next week but it was worth it
