Lord have mercy my hamstrings and calves are the sorest they’ve ever been. Every step just feels like my calves are trying to tear apart. I don’t get sore very often but that leg workout did it. Almost makes you regret going so hard.

The new gym was nice, will be spending more time out that way, felt like a kid at a play ground. Ended up being about a 2.5hr workout. We had to try everything and my buddy has 90lbs on and has no quit. Held my own though and had a great lift.

6/29 was a much needed rest day 😅. Still walking funny due to the leg soreness. Surprisingly back is feeling good considering everything we did. Back at it tomorrow for a chest day.

-Arsenal wide row- 4 sets 6-12
-Arsenal low to high row- 3 sets 6-9
-Arsenal lat row(adjustable handles, very humbling, heavier than it looked) - 3 sets 6-9
-Arsenal lat pullover machine (first time using a pullover machine-loved it)- 3 sets 8-12
-Cable pull down- 3 sets 6-9
-Cable row - 3 sets 6-9
-Standing bicep curl machine(spinning adjustable handles, very weird feeling) - 2 sets 12-15
-Standing lateral raise machine - 4 sets 12-15
Finished with 20 minutes on the stair master. Needless to say, I was starving when I left.
