Cutting up with COVID-19

So far today I’ve had:
7am: 2 scoops whey protein, 1 cup oats, 2 cups lactaid fat free milk
11am: 6oz eye of round steak, 2 cups boiled white rice
1pm: cup of orange juice
2pm: fat free Greek yogurt
3pm: 8oz fat free ground turkey breast, 2 cups boiled white rice, salsa
At 6m I’ll have 8 egg whites and 2 slices of dry toast (one slice sour dough, and one slice Dave’s 21 Whole grain and seed organic)
9pm: 2 scoops whey protein and 2 scoops oats
 
The 2 cups of oats and bread past 6 has me concerned. you carb up at night? I dig everything else. I may swap your night carb for my morning carb. (For the job) and white rice instead of brown rice? Care to share why? Just curious is all. And I feel we’re close in age just two complete opposite types of jobs.

My body gets leanest by keeping carbs moderate regardless of the time of day or night. I sometimes wake up and have a whey/oat shake in the middle of the night. I don’t count calories. I just try to get a high protein , moderate carb, low fat meal in when my body tells me I need one. If I drop carbs too low I look flat and crappy which negatively affects my mind. I’ve always preferred to diet longer but less extreme to spare muscle and to not feel bad from low blood sugar. I honestly don’t like to have foods with fat in them while cutting but I now know it’s necessary for the joints and overall health so if I have fat I’ll skip carbs. Most people say before bed have protein and fat to slow the release of protein while you sheep, no carbs before bed. I may do that occasionally. Over time to progress I’m sure I’ll have to get more extreme with the diet or start doing cardio. My knees are destroyed so when the gym opens I’ll have to not go too crazy on the cardio. Cardio isn’t my thing but I will do it when the gym opens again.
 
Stair climber for me. Love that machine. Makes me even more cocky. I blast out a session of that climber and my ego gets all outa whack. I’m telling you boys you incorporate that hard cardio blast to build that stamina and endurance, your weights go up. Heavier and for longer duration.

Today I had

10am: 3 hard boiled eggs, a few ouches of low fat blueberry keifer.
I took 25mg tbol and some cialis. I’m not sure how much cialis was left in the liquid bottle. I just drank what was left. In an hour I’ll do my home workout.
  • biceps and triceps: superset band curls with band kickbacks. For curls I do arms outward, arms inward , and arms straight ahead. I do both arms together in all 3 positions, and single arm in all 3 positions until I can’t get any more reps. It burns soooo bad! I do about 50 reps per set.
    For tricep kick backs I can only get about a dozen reps per set.
    I do 4 total super sets
  • back and rear delts: I put my cable bands around a tree outside and lock them to one handle. I do single arm rows with each hand and superset them with face pulls for rear delts/rear traps. I do 4 supersets
  • middle and front delts: I do standing side lateral band raises, double arms and single arm, supersetted with front band raises. I do 4 supersets.
    I sip a Gatorade while I workout. I got a green apple Gatorade which is amazing! After I’m done I’ll have 2 scoops of whey protein and 1 cup of oats mixed in water. My post workout meal 1 1/2 hours later is 1/2Lb fat free turkey burger and 2 cups boiled white rice. I alternate between brown rice and white rice because I get sick of them both.
 
I just prepped me some steak and turkey burger. and just got back from store with white rice so I’m with you bro. Still adjust my carbs and fats accordingly to my daily activities. Lord the rice though. Bro how in the world are you doing two cups? I couldn’t even finish 2/3 cup.

After my workout I took another shot.
75mg sustanon
30mg deca
50mg masteron enan
50mg tren enan

I put it in a 27 gauge 1/2” insulin syringe and administer it in the side of my leg in the split between the quads and hams. It’s smooth as butter since the carrier oil is an MCT/ palm kernel oil blend.
