Cutting up with COVID-19

I added a 5Lb band to my normal weight so it was heavy. I could feel it deep in the lats and back. Just had a protein oat shake, a banana, and an EmergenC. I’ll have another protein shake and a banana in a couple hours, then a couple hours later I think an 8 whole egg omelette with cheese and some sour dough bread with peanut butter, and a margarita.
