I had three dinners actually half a pizza at 1 and three and chicken breast for the second
 
Oh that’s swell buddy, I only had two, Chic parm with angel hair and salad and later two bagels

I’m eating my pasta with broccoli and grilled chicken
Every meal portioned I did put some Spicey honey topping on my chicken last night my wife uses hello fresh
 
Nice I find as long as I Chang spices on the chicken breast I don’t mind eating everyday
 
I don’t do well with red sauces not my thing I think it’s cAuse we were made to eat boiled tomatoes for sauce when I was a kid you put it on rice noodles we were poor
 
That’s something I am lucky with I can eat same thing over and over I have gotten into the mentality cause I used to be really fat and I started eating to live instead of living to eat but make no mistake if I could eat like John and be lean I would straight fuck up some groceries

I like to ease into my workout routines just ran through it like a circuit with moderate weight to get my old bones used to the motions before piling on the weight will start writing it down next month

ALMOND MILK
ICE
ALSO 8 OUNCES ORANGE JUICE ALL NATURAL NO BS INGREDIENTS

I just got that powder peanut butter to go with chocolate protein and damn things will replace my reeces cravings
