I actually didn’t mind the cauliflower rice myself it wasn’t bad at all but you can definitely tell it’s not rice but made right it was good.
 
@Outlawthing. Your blood pressure is about the same as mine. My heart rate is at 70 and my BP is 140 over 80. Which is unusual for me. Typically I am at 115 over 70. Is it the gear that makes my pressure high. Is it the Tren or the test or both. Chime in @NeuroRN. Here the professional. Is there something I can do for it.
 
It can I’m not doc but water retention and higher than your normal blood count does which is what AAS. can do take baby aspirin give blood watch your salt intake pretty much everything has salt in it you get your daily amount just by eating my blood pressure runs this high anyway started bout two years ago no real reason genetic from the looks but AAS can aggravate it that’s why I check these things daily I’m only posting them every few days but I look for upwards or downwards trends that way I can keep it from getting way out control I took an anadrol today I guarantee in morn my BP will be higher
 
The gear will def make your Bp high. I believe more so the tren than test. Trend it over several days, take it multiple times a day. Before and after inject. Should give you an idea of what’s raising it.

Blood sugar is staying almost perfectly consistent
So without a doubt the HGH has made me insulin resistant or I’m about to become diabetic however all tests come back normal

Food was meal prep from above 3oz meat 3oz carb 3oz veggies I don’t believe in force feeding if you portion your meals and watch weight then adjust if needed according to your specific goals I’m gaining slowly at 4 meals and 2 shakes I may try and go back to 3 meals and a shake to see what happens that way it’s dialed in perfect when I jump cycle

Blood sugar has came down over weekend fasted as I have not took any HGH this weekend to confirm that was the cause of increased fasted bloodsugar

3 sets. Of 8 reps with 65 dumbbells last set to failure
With partials

Side lateral raises Dumbell

35lbs to failure drop weight to failure 4 sets

Front raises

25lb plate x 11 reps rest 5 seconds and repeat until failure

Dips assist with 150lbs. 2 sets to absolute failure don’t cheat yourself

Keep in mind that I do slow controlled reps both concentric and the eccentric phases keeps the heavy weights off my joints while still burning the
muscle out
