Let’s get back to Bodybuilding

I’d totally jump on the Coach train, if I were about 10-12 years younger. I have the desire to keep getting better, somewhat stronger, grow, lean out, etc., but I do t think I have it in me to put focus in to give the stage a chance.
 
God Speed my young brother! I think you’ll do well, as long as you give him a chance and not twist the control part of you back into the fold and try to do things your way.

A lot of coaches will do “lifestyle” clients. I wish I had done something like that when I started. Just to take all the guess work out of things.

I remind myself daily my way is how I jumped back up to 240 alarmingly fast haha
 
235 at check ins on Monday. Have dropped down to 350 of test and let the equipoise go. I couldn’t control my appetite. Have felt much more manageable this past week.

Feeling good mentally and physically with the direction I’m heading.

I can’t articulate well enough to the difference a coach makes. There’s some great options here for those looking to take a serious jump toward their goals, it’s worth the financial investment.
 
Thursdays are off days. That means mobility, prehab, and walks.

Lower food intake.

Dinner tonight is COD filets and rice with some asparagus. Been sleeping on cod. It’s so easy to make and cheap for relatively high protein. Second dinner will be chicken thighs and rice with peppers and onions.

I used to love to put them in broiler. I would put them on foil, season with lemon pepper, no calorie butter spray and lemon wedge on top. Then make a tent and place them in broiler for a bit. Not sure prices now but used to buy them frozen in large bag at Walmart cheap.

Super cheap at the grocery store. I put them in the air fryer for like 10 min at 400. And it’s so easy.

You’re the second person Ive heard used an airfrier for fish. I’m going to have wifeypoo try that. We like fish and our airfrier.
 
Upper body day today. Medium food day. Rice Chex and protein shake for post workout. Ground turkey, rice, and peppers for meals at work.
 
Got a compex tens/e stim unit Black Friday. Highly recommend. Been using it on nagging pains, and used it on my tricep on the “warm up” setting and had no elbow pain on bench today.
 
It’s so easy and tastes great! Highly recommend.
I need to try it in the air fryer. Only thing I don't like about the air fryer is cleaning all the parts. At least ours is a mess whenever we use it. Not as convenient for me as just wadding up a foil ball and throwing away but we don't have a broiler here.

You get a wireless one? I loved mine but hate wires. Been wondering if the wireless models are good
 
No I went for the cheaper option with wires. I can already tell they will be a pain. My buddy had the wireless one and said it was worth it. He would just sit at work with them on and running.
