So in reality… test went up slowly. Once I knew I could accommodate. I added ment.

I slowly increased GH. Then added Clen.

Still smooth. Just not as slow.

My overall stance is now more so: least effective dose, increased as needed. Check labs often. If you’re healthy? Go for it.

As of right now, yes it seems very push pull. I feel like I’ve demonstrated time and again if something isn’t working for me health OR progress wise… I have no problem altering course. Nothing is set in stone.

Me trying something different to achieve a different look is not bad, or breaking pace too early. It’s trying something new.

I could have just grabbed some semaglutide or DNP and raced to 6%?

If I can’t handle the ment appetite, I’ll drop it. But I want to personally see what I can do growth wise while trying to become Shred Bundy.
 
Was storming today, no bike ride. Which is fine, I walked about 18,000 steps last night.

9oz of chicken when I woke up.

Egg whites, and Cream of rice before work.

8 oz of chicken and golden potatoes for dinner.

Double serving of Greek yogurt with chia seeds and blueberries.

Bone broth.

2 quarter lb burger patties 93/7. Double serving of rice puff cereal. Second dinner.

60g whey/60 g carbs shake.
 
I wasn’t out here yet. But everyone talks about that one.

I was however living in Lafayette when that one happened. Almost made me leave the state. I’ll welcome a hurricane before that wildfire shit anytime.

We had a chucklehead down the street set the woods on fire… that was a mess. Destroyed some folks stuff. We were on the bubble… less than an 1/4th mile from evacuation. Total devastation in its path and it was an extremely small wildfire. Totally contained in a couple days.

Seemed like every single floating cinder ended up in MY pool!!!

Fixie ride. Decided since I’m juiced I can ride like lance. Rode a mile and a half longer than I normally do in my 35 min…. Puked like someone performed an exorcist on me. Thankfully it was just blueberries and water on my stomach 😂😂
