Metcon (metabolic conditioning)

Very light weight with speed as factor. Hands never leaving rope on cable. 12 reps each. Zero rest for 8 rounds with a 4 min walk on tmill at the end. Stroll around yard for cool down.

3 chains on pully

Tri push downs

Rows (take a couple steps back to make it heavier)

Face pulls (couple steps fwd to lighten)

Weighted standing crunchs

One minute on treadmill at 2.8 mph.
 
Bp immediately after training. Running a bit hot this morning.
