I have on of those too… don’t wear it though. Tracks steps and all that. I think my watch battery runs dead out of boredom hahaha
 
That’s my little mini goal for the next month or two.

A little warm up on treadmill and just leave it running at 2.8…so i can hop on and off at will through out session.
 
Bench press with ladder bar close grip (135#) 4x12
Superset with 30-45 secs on treadmill at 2.8. No rest

Tri push downs… Ytw’s… banded flys all sets of 12 with 45-60 sec on treadmill for 4 sets no rest

Abs more tris more treadmill for a bit.

Just got done with doc apt…renals are best in several years per doc. A1c… fasted and mean glucose all dropped and my whole lipid profile was perfect. All good news.

Feeling a bit dangerous today.

Love Black Sabbath. Saw them once on a reunion tour early 2000’s. I’ve seen Ozzy probably 4 times total. How does the man sing clear as day but when he talks I can’t understand a single damn word lol

Biceps stuff with 45 secs tmill in between every set x whatever
 
Push this morning

45 seconds Tmill between all sets

Fat bar med grip bp…225 for speed reps of 3 x 5 sets. Shutdown when started grinding.
