Dead bench with 225 plus doubled red band x 3 then shutdown with extreme prejudice. Had a little @anabolic_geek guy on my shoulder whispering in my ear “throttle back dude”… on the other shoulder had a little @Neuro whispering “don’t be a chucklehead dad”… soooo did circuit of tri rope push downs 45 degree YTW’s abs and 45 second tmill x 4.

Non training day macros for today. Probably get a little snack in a bit.

Maintain… maybe a bit of fat burning. This is a bit low beings I didn’t do any strength or conditioning. I’m usually 300-500 calories higher.
 
Fiber seems pretty low for a high protein diet. Ever supplement Metamucil? I have to with high protein or I get all kinds of uncomfortable
 
I don’t track my veggies. We eat a pretty good amount.

Lots of green stuff with all kinds of peppers…

The only thing I track like that is chick peas…due to carbs.

X 5 with 4 mins tmill at the end.

Just keep moving active rest.

I have dialed everything way back as of late… poundage, intensity etc so I figured just hopping on the hamster wheel between sets couldn’t hurt.

It’s never set too high…maybe 2.8 max just to keep blood flowing.
 
Brother, I’ve been getting real bored (on and off) for about 10 years now…with the whole strength/conditioning/bbing thing.

I’m getting older and there’s more things I can’t do than I can do. Very frustrating. Trying to find a good middle ground.
