I’ve definitely played the “guys, I’m lifting right now and so have to eat every two hours or I go hypo, so I’m outta here.” That said, everyone expects me to be old and ornery and get away with shit, so I just satisfy their already extant expectations!
 
My a1c is trending back down…again. Hopefully this ozempic will help get me down another point AND let me enjoy the occasional goodie snack.

How you been? Still making those pavement pounding race cars?

Bp with fat bar 155# speed sets of 3 with med, wide, close grips…9 sets without sitting up. Aprox 15 secs rest

Neck, abs, tris, deltsx 12 with 45 secs tmill for 4 circuits.

I’m not sure if it’s the placebo effect but my usual foods i eat now (after ozempic) have been filling me up. In the past I would have to fill up on veggies and monitor (closely) everything else.

I have been keeping my carb count up to about regular so I don’t face plant.

The person I know that’s been on it a while has curtailed all food intake tremendously.

Reasonably well, as I’m apt to say. Yep, building a motor tonight. That work just keeps on coming. It may be the only true hard work that I not only don’t mind, but love.
 
Baby girl is growing up to be a fine young lady. She’s smart and active. She’s turning 8 next month so she’s getting “big”…apparently she’s not my little girl anymore… so I’ve been told
 
I like “quick and dirty”, but not in relation to lifting weights.

Speaking of which, I know I’m infantile, but we need some more naked chick pics on this board!
