7 days since 1st weekly dose of ozempic at .25 mg.

It makes my food sit high and heavy in my gut. I’m monitoring everything very closely. Fortunately I learned (the hard way) about hypoglycemia so I’m wary. I jobed out here at the house in and out of the attic a gazillion times without a breath of air. I was soaking wet but had to force feed my small lunch. Below is after supper numbers. Probably have a lite snack. Yesterday was bout the same.

Body weight is floating between 202 and 204… morning noon and night.
 
This is the ozempic pen with the needle attached. It’s little but it’s there. It gets removed and tossed every time. Dial in dosage…jab…hit and hold button on the end…wait till it clicks down to zero…count to “6” slowly….done.

Yep. It was developed for type 2 diabetes and had a weight loss element to it. So it’s being used for either/or now from what I understand.

My doc said it can be dosed to 2mg which is insane… the person I know is dropping weight at .5 mg without any exercise. I have 2 more weeks at .25mg before I up it to .5.
 
Haha don’t know about that. I’m scared to death of hypoglycemia. Wifey had to rescue me a couple of times when I was staggering around the backyard completely out on my feet. That was at the beginning of my beetes meds and still trying to figure them and eating out.

I’ve been forcing myself to eat a half cup of oats about when I used to…so I don’t face plant. I have cut back on carbs and fat in general a little just because all food sits heavy in my gut.

Ladder cambered bb from dead bench bottom with however much this was; stayed on bench and counted ~10 seconds between reps x 20… might have been 25. I lost count at about 20 and just kept going.

Close Grip bench 135x 20 very fast

Delts tris neck abs 45secs tmill x 4 rounds.

Yesterday was basic lower quick n dirty

Today was push

Bp with ladder bar…135x2 add 20 pounds for doubles. Stopped at 235 for 3 x 2. Back down sets x bunch

Tris delts
 
I wear my stuff till there tattered. Wifey don’t like it but a poor boy has habits.

You’re right though those shorts are on the block to go to the rag bag next.

Brother…no more bulking for this guy. I’m turning 61 in a week or so and just can’t carry any extra weight comfortably.

My health markers head south when I approach 210…above that for any length of time and it gets real dicey.
